Q: What services do you offer?
A: We provide a wide range of tailoring services, including custom dress stitching, Abaya Stitching, Kaftan Stitching, Mukhawar stitching, Blouse, Suit and salwar designs, gown stitching, bridal wear tailoring, alterations, embroidery, and more. 

Appointments and Orders

Q: Do I need to make an appointment for tailoring services?
A: You are welcome to directly walk in to our tailoring store in Al Twar area and speak to our tailors. We are open from 9 AM to 11 PM (with a 2 hour lunch break at 2PM). Please contact our tailors before visiting the shop +971(0)503717334

Q: How can I book an appointment?
A: You can book an appointment by sending us a whatsApp message.

Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the design. Standard tailoring typically takes 5–7 business days, while bridal and custom designs may take 2–4 weeks. Delivery time will be mentioned by the tailor while booking your order.

Q: Can I provide my own fabric?
A: Yes, we prefer receiving fabric from customer.

Alterations and Customization

Q: Do you offer alteration services?
A: Yes, we specialize in professional alterations to ensure your garments fit perfectly, whether it’s resizing, hemming, or restyling.

Q: Can I customize my design?
A: Absolutely! We encourage customization to make each piece uniquely yours. Share your vision with our skilled designers, and we’ll bring it to life.

Pricing and Payments

Q: How much do your services cost?
A: You can have a look at our prices by clicking here. Pricing depends on the type of service and design complexity. Visit our store or contact us for a personalized quote. 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Cash, Apple Pay, Credit/Debit cards payments.

Delivery and Pickup

Q: Do you offer delivery services?
A: Yes, we offer pick up and delivery of fabric for stitching using delivery providers such as Jeebly, Porter, Careem box etc for a nominal charge. Usually it is 20 AED.

Q: What happens if I miss my pickup?
A: No problem! We’ll hold your order at our store and contact you for rescheduling.

Returns and Policies

Q: What is your policy on returns or alterations after delivery?
A: We ensure quality craftsmanship, but if you’re not satisfied, we offer one complimentary adjustments within 7 days of delivery free of charge. You must visit our store to avail this service.

Q: Do you accept urgent orders?
A: Yes, we accept urgent orders subject to additional charges and availability. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
