We take great pride in offering bespoke, custom-tailored garments made to fit your personal preferences. As our products are custom-made specifically for you, we want to make sure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Custom Orders and Fit
Because our products are custom-made based on the measurements and specifications you provide, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or does not meet the agreed-upon design or quality standards.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after the purchase is made, provided no production has started on your order. Once production begins, cancellations will not be accepted.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If the garment you receive is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be required to provide images of the defect or damage. We will assess the issue and offer an exchange or repair, depending on the nature of the problem.
- Exchanges: We will exchange the product for one that meets the correct specifications or standards.
- Repairs: In cases of minor defects or alterations needed, we will arrange a repair at no extra cost to you.
4. Alterations
If the fit or design of the garment requires adjustments due to measurement inaccuracies from your end, we are happy to perform alterations at an additional cost. The cost of alterations will be discussed and agreed upon before any work is carried out.
5. No Refunds for Custom Items
Due to the bespoke nature of our business, we do not offer refunds once the item has been custom-tailored according to your measurements and specifications, except in the case of defects or errors on our part.
