We offer both In-Store Pickup and Home Delivery for your convenience.

  • In-Store Pickup: You are welcome to pick up your garment directly from our store in Al Twar 1, Dubai. Once your order is ready, we will notify you, and you can collect it at your convenience during store hours.

  • Home Delivery: For online orders, we will ship your garment to the address you provide. We use reliable delivery services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Delivery times vary depending on the complexity of your order and location.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • In-Store Pickup: Orders are typically ready for pickup within 7-14 business days, depending on the complexity of the tailoring.

  • Home Delivery: Delivery for online orders typically takes 7-14 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, order complexity, and external factors. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on your location and the size/weight of your order. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

  • Free Delivery: We offer free delivery for orders over [insert amount] within Dubai.
