By placing an order, using our website (www.amiza.ae), or visiting our physical store, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Availability

Our website and services are available to individuals over the age of 18. We offer tailoring services both in-store and online. All online orders are processed and fulfilled as per the information provided by you.

3. Custom Orders and Measurements

For custom tailoring, we rely on measurements provided by you, either online or in-store. You are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We offer personalized consultation, and our expert tailors will guide you through the process to ensure the best fit.

  • Fit Variances: Due to the bespoke nature of tailoring, slight variations in measurements and design elements may occur. Amiza is not responsible for any measurement inaccuracies provided by the customer.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for all tailoring services are listed on our website and may vary depending on design complexity, fabric choice, and other additional customizations.

  • Additional Charges: Prices for certain add-ons such as lining fabric, patchwork, piping, or design elements may apply and are specified at the time of your order.
  • Payment Terms: Payments must be made before orders are processed, either online via secure payment gateways or in-store.

5. Delivery and Shipping

  • In-Store Pickup: You can choose to pick up your custom garments directly from our Al Tawar 1 location once they are ready.
  • Shipping: For online orders, we will ship your garments to the address provided by you. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and external factors.

6. Right of Cancellation and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 24hrs from the time of purchase if no production has started. Once production begins, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the customized nature of the products, we generally do not offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

7. Returns and Alterations

  • Defective Products: If your product is defective or does not meet the specifications, please contact us for a return or alteration request. We will guide you through the return process.
  • Alterations: Minor alterations such as size adjustments or design modifications may be done at an additional charge, depending on the type of modification required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Amiza website, including text, images, logos, and designs, are the property of Najm Al Tawar Tailoring LLC. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Amiza is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or tailoring services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Any personal data you provide during the ordering process will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed on our website.

11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we will first attempt to resolve it informally. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved according to the laws of the United Arab Emirates, under the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
